Purchase an Optimised life journal or use a journal you have at home and in the blank pages fill in the following -

1. Self-Assessment:

  • Wheel of Life: Rate your satisfaction in the following areas of your life on a scale of 1 to 10:

  • Reflection: Write down any insights or patterns you notice. Which areas are thriving? Which areas need attention?
